Okay, I’ll admit I don’t own a Mac straight away, but through e-mail correspondence with someone who does, it appears you may experience difficulty printing if you’re using an Apple. In particular, if you are using Safari, the browser may “hang” when you press the print button.
It appears the problem is a problem with Safari itself, rather than any settings with Java or Javascript, and can be remedied with a patch/update that you can download from Apple. I’m obviously unable to test this for myself, but I have a number of reports that it has worked for other users.
There is another workaround for those unable to update their machines, however: instead of pressing print, press Command+Shift+4, and this will allow you to select the Java screen image and capture it as a PNG picture file, which can then be printed.
